Designed by a British architect and interiors with the
expertise of an Israeli person, the school is a modern,
purposeful and elegant structure in a sprawling campus,
spreading over 25 acres of natural landscape, away from
the humdrum of pollution and crowd. The building is built
to withstand all natural calamities including earthquakes
and is fire resistant. Cost saving measures, including
a |
back-up generator, a rainwater
harvesting and recycling plant and an innovative energy
storage system, are in our nearby plans of making the
school less dependent on the local energy resources. Natural
building materials have been chosen for their suitability
to the Indian climate and water features and refreshing
landscaping create a cool, vibrant and nourishing environment
throughout the year.
Pupils at AV are cocooned with a safe, caring and natural
environment, in which high standards of behaviour, effort
and performance are ensured.Class sizes are kept to an
average of 25 pupils, and an overall teacher:pupil ratio
of 1:14 offers quality in education with individual attention
to every child thus grooming them into confident, responsible
and happy individuals. All AV teachers are well trained
and qualified in Indian and International methods of teaching,
and a reasonable percentage of them are reputed foreigners.
Our school is maintaining all the facilities up to the
International Standard by keeping view of the NRI and
Foreign national pupils, needs in terms of infrastructure,
and syllabus and sports.
HOSTEL: Hostel is planned & built
to meet the needs of pupils from local, different states,
NRI & Foreign nations in terms of accommodation and
facilities like laundry, entertainment, phone & internet.
FOOD: Pure vegetarian food will be served with
variety of dishes like South Indian, North Indian, Chinese
and Continental foods & snack according to the taste
of all pupils from different background.
SPORTS: Boarders' will be encouraged
to play games of their choice with the help of
Experienced coaches. They will be trained in football,
basketball, tennis, tabletennis, badminton & Athletic
events. Swimming coaching is also given.
HEALTH CARE: Health Care is the utmost
priority of our campus. Full fledged Clinic on the campus
with full time nurse headed by part time doctors who will
be visiting on alternate days and available any time on
call functions throughout. Complete health care record
will be maintained for each pupil and regular vaccination
will be administered and referred to good hospital for
consultation for any requirement.
TRANSPORT: Transport is available for
boarders and staff for shopping, fieldtrips functions
and for medical emergency. Vehicle and driver are provided
to attend any call round the clock.
SAFETY AND SECURITY: Utmost care is taken
towards safety of the pupils & staff. Campus and each
building is equipped with fire extinguishers and other
equipments.
Campus is fully secured with wall compound and security
guard in each gate, building and surrounding . No visitor
is allowed in the hostel area.
